We proudly offer a lifetime warranty* on all parts used in mobile device repairs. If a part fails within 90 days, we’ll replace it for free. Beyond 90 days, the repaired parts are still covered, and you’ll only be charged for labor when replacing them. This warranty ensures your peace of mind with our mobile device repair services, knowing you’re backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

We cannot offer a lifetime warranty on devices that:
We do not offer refunds on parts or labor after 90 days. However, we will replace defective parts for any repairs made, with the original part returned to Fix My Mobile. After 90 days, the warranty continues for the parts, but any labor involved will be charged accordingly.
