How it works

  • By appointment a courier will collect your phone from your address*  and bring it quickly  to Fix My Mobile.

  • Once we receive your phone we provide you with a quote (if not already quoted).

  • We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.

  • You can pay us by credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.

  • Once payment is received we courier your mobile phone straight back to you.
